I don't really know what possessed me to do it, I just decided it was time for an overhaul. One thing led to another and soon my entire site was being renovated. Now the only thing missing is new content, ideally what should comprise the heart of this web page. It always strikes me as odd how I spend so much time on everything else but the things I really love. ie. I buy a keyboard and my music compilation slows to a trickle, or rather than spending a few minutes updating my blog I spend a few weeks redesigning everything around it. It seems I put off the things I enjoy doing most off for later...
