Theme: Off Day
I was trying to get one of those cliche, close up intensely detailed eye-shots. Perhaps it was the three cheap magnification filters I had screwed on to the end of my lens, I just wasn't getting anything crisp -- or maybe my eyes really are that dull, hazy and dirty.
Lighting was also a pain. I find when the flash comes from the side you get really excellent luminescence but I couldn't avoid nasty hot spots. Finally I just gave up and settled on this. Anyone know a good way to light an eyeball?

1 Vivitar 285 HV @ 1/2 at 9 o'clock and another at 1/2 power at 4 o'clock.
